ebro has a history The ebro company story began in 1968 (see „History“). Since then, ebro has evolved from a small, family-owned business to a first-class producer of innovative electronic measuring instruments. Today, ebro is "at home" all over the world Today, ebro is a middle-sized company with a staff of about 100. A compact, motivated team and short distances (all under one roof) ensure that good ideas turn into innovative products quickly. ebro not only has sales representatives in several German cities – but also in Istanbul, Tokyo and Buenos Aires. Three permanent sales representatives as well as wo commercial agents in Germany and 80 distributors abroad are serving ebro customers worldwide. ebro manufactures in Germany We still develop and manufacture our measuring instruments – based on our conviction - on site in Ingolstadt, Germany. Our staff is a balanced mix of workers with many years of ebro-experience on the one hand and newly-hired specialists on the other. We do our own vocational training; many of our trainees choose to stay with the company and fill in many of our commercial positions. ebro proves the point: With the proper mix of continuity, experience, innovation and flexibility, it is possible to produce and work effectively on site. „Service“ is more than just a word at ebro. ebro offers customer-specific solutions. For us at ebro „Service“ has not only the connotation of the usual software hotline, calibration and repair services, etc. We understand "Service" as actual service for the customer. We look for optimized solutions in close cooperation with our customers, be it through adapting present products or through developing a completely new instrument. Specific customer demands and wishes can only be recognized through exact looking and listening and then be turned into effective solutions. In the future, we intend to follow this concept even more consistently. |
