| If you send us instruments for repairs, please be sure to include a repair order or a delivery note. The address is: ebro Electronic GmbH & Co. KG Service Peringerstraße 10 D-85055 Ingolstadt The delivery note should include the same information as the repair order. Your measuring instruments will be repaired by trained ebro specialists in the most economical way possible. Generally, defect components or component groups are replaced or the customer receives an exchange instrument for the repair fee, providing the repair costs amount to less than 2/3 of the instrument's new value. If the expected costs are estimated higher, we inform the customer automatically and ask for his consent before beginning with the repairs. If you require a detailed cost estimate(for which a minor charge is raised), then please mention this in your repair order. | ||
